Nylon insulation strips are composed of 65% nylon (PA66) and 25% glass fiber (GF), and are black in color. As the main thermal insulation component, it is suitable for aluminum alloy doors and windows and framed curtain walls. It plays a decisive role in the three main properties of wind pressure resistance, water tightness and air tightness of doors and windows. The product advantages are as follows:
one. Using professional cold extrusion technology, the glass fibers are uniformly distributed in multiple items, with high strength, meeting design needs and ensuring the long-term stability of insulated aluminum alloy doors, windows, and framed curtain walls.
two. The linear expansion coefficient is close to that of aluminum profiles, ensuring a long-lasting and tight combination of insulation strips and aluminum materials under sunlight exposure and severe cold and freezing conditions.
three. The processing temperature is as high as 235 degrees, which fully meets the process of threading strips first and then spraying.
